The new paint job in our master bedroom! We still need to paint the doors. The plumbers are fixing a leak in the master bathroom Wednesday. It'll function, but still be ugly.

It's been a long painful process, but the Army finally stood by it's original decision and promoted Kyla to Captain. Now Tim can't pull rank! (Not that he ever could!) Even better, Kyla started clearing from her active duty unit exactly 2 years ago.

Luella wishes you a Happy Valentine's Day! The "kids" watching the weather report and not smiling for the camera! Heart shaped pancakes and a big breakfast brought to us by Jack Frost. Tim had a 2-hour delay so Kyla actually got up and made breakfast! Tim surprised Kyla with a babysitter for Valentine's dinner. So we had Ginger take our family photo. Good dinner with good company at our hibachi table!

Kyla and Tim had their first date on Saturday! Ginger is Luella's favorite babysitter! Kyla found that the dining room ceiling was not white. Thanks for fixing it Tim!
