Here are the newest pictures of our second beautiful baby girl! We had our 20 week ultrasound today and the tech is 99% sure she's a girl. Kyla's first thought was, "Yeah! I don't have to change a lot of stuff around. Still pink, purple, butterflies, and cuddly stuff! Plus the pink formatting on this blog spot won't have to change!" Tim's first thought was, "Man, in 15 years, I'm going gray with two girls in high school, starting to date." Which was quickly followed by both Kyla and Tim thinking, "Oh man, two weddings to help pay for! Not just college!" We're excited to meet our new daughter and Luella's little sister! We opted for the scheduled c-section, which will be August 12 th . It does depend on who's on-call and we may try to finagle an 8/8/08 birth date . We don't have names yet, but we have 20 more weeks to decide!

We went to Ground Zero to see for ourselves the place where our War on Terrorism began on American soil. Kyla tried to get creative, but forgot the back lighting issue. The deconstruction and construction of the buildings and memorial reflecting pools is still just a hole in the ground. A very big hole in the ground. On our way to dinner to meet the Campbell's , we found a random park near the restaurant. Luella had to swing! Luella's first experience on a tricycle! She loved it!

Luella got to experience Central Park's Zoo. Only the polar exhibits and the rain forest exhibits were open. No lions, hippos, giraffes or zebras. Suppose they're still in Madagascar? The penguins look fake like a mural painted, but these are real! The sea lions did tricks for food. The red pandas really don't look like "regular" panda bears. Shane got to be part of a street performance. We'll try to post the video. They stopped at the Disney Store and Luella got her face painted. An interesting way to explain to Luella that Mommy has a baby in her tummy...a random statue on the streets of NYC. Luella outside St. Bart's Church. Luella inside St. Bart's Church. It was beautiful! Amazingly the trio found themselves in part of a "Free Tibet" protest. They left before it got out of control. Sorry, no pictures of Betsey's wedding dress shopping. The hour long drive from Kim's house on Long Island to the Campbell's apartment in Manhattan makes for great nap time! Kyla and Luella enjoying a hug. Luella happy she found an Easter egg! Grand Central Station's ceiling is amazing. Apparently they light up the constellations during the Christmas season. Kyla, Tim and Luella in Grand Central Station. Right in the middle of Time's Square! Jack's Back is the Toys-R-Us with a Ferris wheel, unfortunately closed Easter Sunday. Guitar Hero is ABC's headquarters. Kyla doing the New Year's countdown in Time's Square. Doesn't anyone else see the ball dropping? Of course Kyla and Tim had to kiss in Time's Square! So Luella needed to have a kiss from her daddy in Time's Square! Spamalot - one of the plays we'd love to see someday. Phantom of the Opera was next door. It was time to leave the Campbell's apartment and Luella was ready to roll in her stroller! The Statue of Liberty on the way out of town. We thought about stopping, but Luella was on the verge of napping and Kyla's feet were screaming!

Luella climbed into Goober's carrier. Amazingly she fit in there, all but one leg! Goobers has a UTI and crystals in his urine - precursor to kidney stones. Ouch! And Kyla thought he was just being a bad kitty, peeing all over the floor. Kyla asked Luella if she wanted to try on her new Easter dress. She didn't take it off until bedtime! Luella loves dancing. She is so excited that the new season of Dancing with the Stars is back on ABC. We'll have to DVR it since it starts around her bedtime.

We told Luella when she can ask us, "I want earrings, please." we would do it. Little did we think the parrot would ask for them that second! No, we didn't go to the mall last night.

Kevin came to visit for his 24 th birthday over Palm Sunday weekend. He got his first ice cream cake! Phil, Becky and Sidney came up to help celebrate Kevin's birthday. Kyla made corned beef and cabbage for an early St. Patrick's Dinner. Too bad Tim had a mandatory dinner for work. We all enjoyed dinner. Tim enjoyed left-overs.

Luella loves anything that is Kyla's - especially her sunglasses today. Luella almost put them on normally. Kyla always puts the sunglasses back like a headband when she's inside. Guess who loves to do that too? The sunglasses broke about 10 minutes later. Time to go shopping!
