Kati would not stop for Kyla to take her picture outside of school this morning.
Kati sat down next to Luella in the Purple People Eater classroom and didn't want to leave.
Kyla got Kati into the Blueberry classroom and she barely looked back to say "Bye Mommy".
Kati sat so big and proud, not turning around for fear that Kyla might not let her stay.
Kati had a fantastic time at preschool! As they lined up to go home, they sang songs for the parents. "
Shhhh, you'll wake the baby!"

MacFarlane a hug good-bye. Last year Noah's crush was Elizabeth and Luella's was
Aiden, but Elizabeth and
Aiden both went off to Kindergarten. Noah decided that Luella should be his girlfriend this year, but Luella still loves
Aiden.

After school, Luella had her first dance class! She is in the Advanced Combo class, also ballet and tap.
The dance studio, All That & Jazz, got new flat screen
TVs mounted to the walls for the parents to watch their kids in class!
Kyla started taking the Wilton cake decorating classes at Michael's. She found new tools like cake release spray that really did easily release the cake!
She also learned to put wet cloth strips around the cake pan while baking to make the cake flat. Cakes bake from the outside to the inside, so when the outside is completely baked, the inside has no where to bake but up. The wet cloths wrapped around the outside of the cake pan have to dry before the outside of the cake can bake. That gives the inside of the cake a chance to bake evenly. What a cool trick!
