Merry Christmas 2010!

Good morning! Time to see what Santa left in our stockings!
We wrote a letter to Santa asking him to leave presents in stockings for our friends. He did!
Luella showing off her Santa presents. She loves her stuffed Ariel doll!
Kati with her Santa presents. Mickey Mouse and the candy canes were her favorites.
It started snowing on Christmas morning!
Looks like we got a bit of our white Christmas after all!
Santa really enjoyed his cookies and milk and the reindeer their carrots!
Liam really got into his cinnamon roll breakfast.
So did Luella. Kati got lefse for breakfast!
Diana and Liam with big smiles on Christmas morning!
Where did these kids find the mistletoe?!
After a big breakfast, Liam relaxed on the couch. Nature versus Nurture - this one is totally Nurture!
Luella and Kati playing with their favorite toys, Wowee Alive baby leopard and lion from Aunt Kirsten and family.
Kyla got a new camera from Tim. She played around with it Christmas night. Luella makes a super cute model super close up!
Great smiles from Tim and Kati!
Sikorski Supermodels!
Uncle Phil had a great laugh posing for Kyla.
The tree looks great and not so fuzzy.
Kyla's camera takes panoramic photos! You can see more with this photo than if you just stood in the room taking in the same view! (If the photo is too small, click on the photo and it gets much bigger. Hit the back arrow in your Internet browser to go back to the blog.)

Kyla's camera takes videos too! Kati and Luella love their baby lion and baby leopards!

The girls with their babies, watching Mythbusters.

Kati wishes you a Merry Christmas!

Luella picked out her own outfit. She was cold, so long sleeves and pants. Then she was hot, so flip-flops. She loves her hat, so that worked in her mind too. Katja just looking cute, so had to take her picture too! Bath time for the girls and Luella decided that making Katja's hair stick straight up means she's a boy. We really don't know where she gets this from! Sorry if you're offended by the baby nudity/ inadvertent mooning.

Tim plays Army in WV.

This is the Center for National Response. It's right off I-70 in West Virginia. It was part of the interstate, but the tunnel thru the mountain was too difficult for the state to maintain , so they let people train in there. They can make it rain, blow wind up to 40 mph, fires, explosions, all kinds of awesome training. Here's Tim's company at the entrance to the tunnel. Tim was playing Army while we were hosting Ginger before her big move. Tim and April Miller - team leaders discussing their missions from the day. Tim and his company commander, MAJ Alex Lovase discussing football, or something. Take cover! They have paintball gun attachments to their weapons so you can see where you got hit. One of the missions was to rappel down this hill... Then wade thru this tunnel for 1/4 mile in icy cold water to get to the objective site... As you can see, it was a really long day. Tim was the commander for this mission. The Soldiers had to traverse thru a collapsed tunnel....

Early Birthday Celebrations! (8/6/11)

Kyla found Goobers sleeping on Kati's diaper changing table this morning. He was so cute laying there, Kyla had to get the girls in on a the picture too. We decided to spend this Saturday afternoon celebrating Kati's birthday. We went to see Cars 2 in the movie theater. It was cute, but like most sequels, the original was better. Kati had a coupon for a free meal to Famous Dave's. It came with a Roman candle! Look at the shocked expression on her face with the BIG CANDLE! Kati tried to blow out her candle, but it just wouldn't stop! Luella on the other end of the flames wondered if she really needed her eyebrows! This kid loves her ice cream! Happy early 3rd birthday Katja Johanna!
